The Sexual Spirits store is a store of digital content in the form of PDF files. Sexual Spirits allows you to view, download and access on your devices (mobile devices, e-readers and computers) a variety of digital electronic content.
Use of digital content:
Upon payment of the applicable fee for an item of digital content, provided that Sexual Spirits Bookstore and the applicable copyright holder have the right to provide that digital content to you, Sexual Spirits will permit this.
To use the Digital Content subject to the restrictions set forth herein you are granted the non-exclusive right to download such content to your device, and you are authorized to view and use such content on your device an unlimited number of times. Select, copy and paste features may not be available for digital content, and you should use these features within the prescribed limits and only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Restrictions:
You may not sell, rent, lease, distribute, transmit, transfer or assign your rights to the digital content or any part thereof to any third party, except as expressly permitted by Sexual Spirits. You acknowledge and agree that Sexual Spirits may record and store identification numbers to enforce such limitations.

You understand that the Service and Digital Content provided through the Service use technology designed to protect digital information. You may not attempt to circumvent, disable, bypass, reverse engineer, decompile or circumvent any security feature or component related to the Service or the Digital Content for any reason, or assist or encourage any such attempt to circumvent or hack any security feature or component related to the Service or Digital Content. Violation of security features may result in civil or criminal liability. You may not access or attempt to access a Sexual Spirits account that you are not authorized to access.
4. PAYMENT
Payment for digital content:
You agree to pay for all Digital Content you purchase through the Service and to pay any additional amounts (including taxes and late fees, as applicable) incurred by or due to your use of the Service. You are responsible for the timely payment of all charges and for providing Sexual Spirits with a valid account and other details necessary to process payments.
You may return purchased Sexual Spirits Digital Content for a refund if the Service does not perform as described with respect to that purchased Digital Content, provided that such refund request is received by Sexual Spirits within 7 days of item purchase.
The right to change the prices and availability of digital content. Prices and availability of any Digital Content are subject to change at any time.
5. GENERAL TERMS
If you fail to comply with any of these Terms of Service, Sexual Spirits may automatically terminate your rights, including canceling your access to the Service or Digital Content, without notice and without refund of any fees paid by you. Sexual Spirits' failure to enforce any section of the Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of any of its rights or any term of the Terms of Service.
Modifications:
Sexual Spirits may modify these Terms of Service in its sole discretion by posting the modified terms on its website. Your continued use of the Service seven days after the date such revised Terms are posted will constitute your acceptance and agreement to be bound by the revised Terms.
