2) Item not corresponding to the description:
If the content of the electronic file you have received does not correspond to the item description on our website, then please contact us to correct the error within a period of no more than 24 hours. But if our team cannot help you, then we will give you a refund corresponding to the price of the item purchased, only if that refund request is made within a period of no more than seven days after purchasing the digital item.
Apart from the two cases mentioned above, Sexual Spirits will have no legal obligation to make a refund in case of any other reason than those stated above. And we understand that by purchasing the items from our online store you completely accept these conditions.
